BEFORE PURCHASING:
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing time is typically 2 days from receiving your order. Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments. Please keep in mind, transit times are business days and don't include weekends or holidays.
Delivery cost is calculated at checkout. You will receive an email confirming when your order is on the way. All of the products are beautifully packaged with love before they leave the studio.
HOLIDAY SHOPPING
There is a short order window this Christmas. With all the shipping challenges, fee hikes and delivery slow downs announced by the U.S. Postal Service this week, please anticipate longer delays in delivering packages this season. For these reasons, I am unable to confidently give a specific ordering deadline for holiday delivery but would urge you to do your holiday shopping before December 2rd for international orders and December 15th for domestic, at the very latest.
LOCAL PICKUP OR COLLECTION IN PERSON
Free local pickup available for customers in Upstate New York. For collection in person, please select the ‘Pick up’ box at checkout. Please contact me within 5 days to coordinate pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK
For orders without deadlines in Ireland, mainland Europe & the UK, collection or in-person deliveries may be possible in June & July 2022. Please email for more information or enter any questions/comments in the additional information box at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF PRINTS
There is a flat rate of $15 / €13 / £10 (approx) for International shipping of prints and Collectors Sets. Additional import taxes may apply as per your country’s customs guidelines. There is a flat rate of $10 for domestic shipping of prints and originals anywhere within the US.
RETURNS
Limited edition prints are final sale items and ineligible for returns.
DAMAGES
If your print arrives damaged, contact me immediately via email on the contact page of the website and we can discuss the issue further. Please save original packaging and take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Shipping fees may apply for international returns.
